Parents of athletes on the teams listed below must complete the appropriate Travel/No-Travel Form. Please select the form that matches your athlete's team.

Traditional Silver Girls

Choose between attending a competition in Austin or attending only the competitions in the Houston area.

Complete Silver Form

Gold Girls

Choose between attending competitions in Orlando and Regional Championships in Kansas, or attending only the meets in Texas. The Orlando and Regional Championships option must be selected together; athletes may not attend only one of those events.

Complete Gold Form

Boys' Level 4

Choose between attending the competition in Austin and Regional Championships in Oklahoma City, or attending only the competitions in Houston. Austin and Regional Championships must be selected together; athletes may not attend only one of those events.

Complete Level 4 Form

Boys' Level 5

Choose between attending the competition in Orlando, or attending the meets in Texas and Regional Championships in Oklahoma City.

Complete Level 5 Form

Boys' Level 7

Choose between attending competitions in Orlando and Western Championships in Reno, Nevada, or attending the meets in Texas and Regional Championships in Oklahoma City. Orlando and Western Championships must be selected together; athletes may not attend only one of those events.
