Our team is currently finalizing this year's design and session schedules.
Please check back shortly for officially confirmed times and award schedules!
The gymnast will perform as many consecutive circles as possible on a specific part of the pommel horse or mushroom. Placing parameters are determined by age. If the gymnast turns more than 90 degrees from their starting position, the turn is completed.
Gymnasts will hold a static strength position on the still rings for as long as possible. The athlete's age tier determines the baseline hold required.
Gymnasts stand in front of a four-inch panel mat and perform as many controlled, consecutive jumps onto the mat and back down as possible in one minute.
Using a rope suspended from the ceiling, gymnasts climb up and down as many times as possible within a one-minute limit. The attempt is complete if they touch the safety floor or cannot continue.
Gymnasts will perform continuous high bar pull-overs or chin-ups within a strict two-minute limit. A safety box is placed behind the bar to isolate swinging momentum.
The gymnast performs a static handstand hold on the floor or on parellets, holding it for as long as possible without falling or walking.
Using a springboard, gymnasts leap as high as possible to touch a dynamic vertical measuring device. Initial reach is subtracted from the vault springboard leap to calculate true performance.
Hanging from a bar against the wall, gymnasts perform controlled leg lifts with moderately straight legs. Pausing for longer than 3 seconds between reps completes the turn.
On a six-inch panel mat, the gymnast will do as many jumps onto the mat and back down as she can in one minute.
On a ceiling-hung rope, the gymnast will climb up and down as many times as possible in one minute. Once started, she must remain on the rope until the minute is up or she cannot climb anymore.
The gymnast will do as many pull overs or chin ups as she can in two minutes on a high bar. She must do a clean, forward roll down from support after each pull over. A safety box will be placed behind her to prevent swinging.
The gymnast will hold a handstand for as long as she can without falling. She may choose to do this on the floor without walking, on a set of parellets, or balanced on a balance beam.
The gymnast stands on a springboard, runs down the vault runway, hits the board, leaps, and reaches as high as she can on the vertical leap testing device. Her standing baseline reach is subtracted to calculate vertical flight.
Hanging from a wall bar, the gymnast will do as many repetitions of leg lifts as she can with moderately straight legs. Her turn is completed if she stops for longer than 3 seconds between reps.
